Agreement to Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the SleepQ mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Use of the App

SleepQ grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App or its servers

Health Disclaimer

SleepQ is designed for informational and wellness purposes only. The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The sleep insights and recommendations provided by the App should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider with any questions regarding a medical condition or sleep disorder.

User Accounts and Data

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

The App and all of its content, algorithms, branding, design, features, and functionality—including text, graphics, logos, and software—are owned by SleepQ and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of the App may require a paid subscription. Subscription fees will be disclosed at the point of purchase and are billed through your app store account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your app store account settings.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may stop using the App at any time.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SleepQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms within the App and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SleepQ operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
