Do I need a wearable to use SleepQ?

No. SleepQ works with just your iPhone via Apple Health, and gets sharper if you add an Oura ring, Whoop or Apple Watch. Bring what you have — we'll work with it.

Is my sleep data private?

Yes. Your sleep data is yours. It's encrypted in transit and at rest, we never sell it, and you can export or delete everything from the app at any time.

How is this different from Oura or Whoop?

Those track and score your sleep. SleepQ reads that data — including from Oura and Whoop — and turns it into specific, personalized experiments and plain-language coaching. It's the "what to change tonight" those trackers leave out.

Will it help me if I have insomnia or wake up at 3 AM?

SleepQ isn't a medical treatment, but its experiments target the everyday levers — light, caffeine, screens, wind-down — that often drive restless nights and early waking. If you have diagnosed insomnia, use it alongside your clinician's guidance.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Premium is billed monthly or yearly and you can cancel in two taps from Settings — no emails, no hoops. The Free tier stays free forever, no card required.
